The new technologically advanced School of Pharmacy is expected to open in UConn's Tech Quad in 2004. This location will foster interdisciplinary activity among scholars in the fields of pharmacy, biology and chemistry; the facility will also house its own satellite specialty library, and a major expansion of high-tech research and laboratory capacity.
